Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy for faulty, damaged or incorrect products. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving the product to return the product. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused and with the price tags attached. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Returning/exchange of a faulty product is free of charge for you. The customer pays the postage first, after the return has been processed and approved, the postage amount will also be refunded to the customer.

Damage and problems
Please check your order as soon as you receive it and contact us immediately if the product is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong product so that we can assess the situation and rectify the matter.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the product you want is to return the product you received first, and once the return is approved, place a new order separately.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If your refund is approved, it will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
